Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a *Full Stack Developer* to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong *JavaScript, CSS, and React* experience who enjoys building user-friendly, scalable, and reliable applications. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and features. * Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, and CSS. * Develop and integrate APIs and backend services. * Collaborate with developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and usability. * Contribute to technical design and development decisions. * Stay current with modern web development technologies and best practices. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong experience with JavaScript. * Hands-on experience with React. * Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Experience developing responsive web applications. * Understanding of REST APIs and web services. * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. * Experience working in an Agile or collaborative development environment. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
