Role Description This full-time role as a College Readiness Instructor is an on-site position located in Lubbock, TX. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging curriculum to prepare students for college-level coursework. Duties include developing course materials, providing instruction in various subject areas, assessing student progress, and tailoring educational approaches to meet individual student needs. Additional responsibilities may include participating in training sessions, collaborating with other educators, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey concepts and engage with students.Experience in Curriculum Development and Education, including creating instructional materials tailored to diverse learners.Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with a proven ability to support student development and classroom management.A passion for education and dedication to student success.Bachelor's degree in Math or English or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.Prior teaching experience, particularly with college-bound students, is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.
