If you have experience overseeing the workload of a team and assigning/distributing tasks out and are looking for your next career move, apply now.We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes within the Business Operations Department, ensuring contract compliance, accuracy, and adherence to performance standards and deadlines. This position is a full-time contract role based in Boca Raton.What You'll DoOversee the workload of the work unit to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of daily and weekly tasksAssign and distribute work effectively to meet aggressive deadlinesCommunicate proactively and effectively with department team leaders, supervisors, and managersManage human resource functions including training, evaluations, coaching and mentoring, and recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and corrective actionReview and approve employee timesheets and leave requestsAssist with the preparation, production, and analysis of data results and KPI reports in agreed-upon formatsDevelop, document, and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Analyze performance data and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to managementSupport day-to-day operations management to ensure key performance metrics are met and maintainedTrain, evaluate, and mentor staff members, including guidance of contracted staff to meet program goals and objectivesPerform other duties or special projects as assigned or requiredWhat You'll NeedStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsManagement experience with strong communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and related reporting toolsDemonstrated leadership skills in a team-based environment with the ability to motivate and empower employeesAbility to analyze trends, see the big picture, and conceptualize outcomesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong teamwork, flexibility, and mentoring skillsExperience working in business operations, compliance, or quality-driven environmentsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement to attend meetingsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 8111.$28 - $31.22 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above.
