Full Stack Engineer

About the RoleWe're hiring two Full Stack Engineers to join a lean, high-output engineering team. This is a hands-on, build-everything role — you'll work across all four products initially, shipping fast alongside a team that has fully embraced AI-assisted development as the way we work, not a side experiment. You'll be joining at a moment where your impact on both the product and the team's technical culture will be outsized.ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship full stack features across AI AgentsWork directly with AI-assisted development tools (we're built around Claude Code and similar tools) as your primary way of writing and shipping codeGet in front of customers when needed — this is not a purely back-office engineering roleMove fast: we're looking for developers who ship at a high tempo without sacrificing qualityContribute to agent-based features and generative AI product surfaces (not model training — applied LLM/agent development)QualificationsBS in Computer Science or related field preferred (flexible — not a hard requirement)Not a fit for candidates straight out of a coding bootcampPrior experience at a smaller company / startup strongly preferred; founder experience is a standout signalRequired SkillsFull stack engineers who are comfortable being customer-facing when neededAI-forward by default — you already build with AI tools as core infrastructure in your workflow, not as an occasional assistApplied generative AI / LLM development experience — ideally hands-on with agent development (we are not looking for ML/model training experience)Strong general programming ability; Node and Go experience is a nice-to-have, as is GCPFast, high-output developers — we care more about velocity-with-quality than years of experienceComfortable working from anywhere, though candidates based in LA, NYC, or Atlanta are a plus for occasional in-person collaborationPreferred SkillsIndustry background is open — we care about how you build, not what you've built beforeIdeal profile: a former startup founder (or very early employee) who is genuinely into modern AI-assisted development and wants to build product again without the operational weight of running a companyPay range and compensation package$200,000–$250,000 baseEqual Opportunity StatementIndustry background is open — we care about how you build, not what you've built before.
