By leveraging the most comprehensive luxury customer data platform in North America, cutting-edge technology, and strong partnerships with the world's most esteemed brands, Saks Global is shaping the future of luxury retail.You will be:The Office Specialist role will be primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of Saks Global's Alterations division in the National Repair Center.What you will do:Client & Brand Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, managing end-to-end communication regarding repair lifecycles, cost approvals, and service inquiries.Logistics & Workflow Coordination: Oversee the full inbound and outbound supply chain for repair inventory, ensuring seamless movement between stores, brands, and service centers.Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous quality control inspections on all finished products to maintain brand standards and ensure total customer satisfaction.Data Integrity & Systems Management: Maintain high-level accuracy in repair records and CRM systems, overseeing data validation, shipping logistics, and formal case closures.What you will bring:At least 1 year of administrative experienceIntermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (ex., Word, Excel, etc.) and/or Google Suite (ex., Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)High attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work overtime hours as business needs may requireAbility to follow directions with minimum supervisionAbility to work effectively both on a team and independentlyYour life and career at Saks Global:Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformationExposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporateComprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)An amazing employee discountSalary and other benefits:The hourly pay rate for this position is between $17.05 to $21.32 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
