Residential Program Supervisor

Residential Program Supervisor (RPS) – located in Hermitage, PA Professional position providing case management and supervision in residential services. Clients are typically between the ages of 18 and 70+ years and have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Duties involve serving as an assistant to the Assistant Program Directors in the supervision of Direct Support Professionals. The RPS is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the individuals’ services and assuring individuals receive services as scheduled, and the ongoing management of the Direct Support Professionals assuring sites are maintained in a safe, secure manner. Some afternoon and evening hours required. Also involves occasional on-call responsibilities with other RPS staff, including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays. Full-time hourly position (40 hours per week.) $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Includes major medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, and employer sponsored retirement. Applicants MUST have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a human services field) and MUST have at least two (2) years of experience working directly with the intellectually and developmentally disabled.
