Prepare food using microwave, toaster and speed oven.Cabinet Mountain Only: 19+ serving cocktails, beer, wine, using a slushy machine, in addition to the above tasks.Essential Functions And Major ResponsibilitiesOpen and/or close the coffee shop.Complete prep work and prepare drink/food items.Always provide exceptional guest service.Operate the cash machine (Squirrel or SkyTab), balance cash, and complete appropriate paperwork.Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop.Remain professional and courteous in both appearance and manner.Specific Job SkillsLicense/Certifications - Food Handlers Certification, Allery Safety Training, if Cabinet: Alcohol Service Training (ABC Certification) (we'll help obtain)Technical - Coffee and Kitchen equipment knowledgePhysical Capabilities - Combined standing/walking for up to 8 hours per shift. Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level frequently.
