Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technician located in Paducah, KY. The IT Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing prompt support to clients and team members, and ensuring optimal system functionality. The role involves performing troubleshooting, offering technical support, training users on new systems, and maintaining IT infrastructure, all while delivering excellent customer service to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.Proficiency in Information Technology with a focus on systems operation, maintenance, and updates.Exceptional Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and provide solutions tailored to user needs.Experience in Training team members and clients on using hardware, software, and IT systems effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Prior experience in similar roles and certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
