Job DetailsDescriptionWhat you will do:As our Warehouse Shipping Lead, you will be a working lead, performing duties such as shipping and picking orders. You will ensure materials are stored and shipped in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining very high levels of inventory accuracy for our products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources – Water! This position will work in our Detroit Lakes, MN location.The JobEvery day, your primary role will be to plan, organize, and monitor the daily activities for the shipping warehouse. You will ensure that materials are stored and shipped efficiently and as scheduled. You will complete all international shipping paperwork and address any shipping issues that arise. You will handle freight claims for outbound shipments and act as a liaison between customer service and freight carriers to ensure alignment with our customers’ requirements. You will monitor carrier performance and provide updates to Global Sourcing.The Skills You NeedTo succeed in this role, you must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You must be able to build a strong team atmosphere and foster collaboration across the organization. You must be willing and able to train, evaluate, and coach shipping department staff and lead by example. You must be organized, a good communicator, and support and demonstrate cooperation across all departments.
