Sales Associate - Retail Store and Tasting Room

You We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, personable, service-oriented and passionate candidate to join our team at Do Good as a Tasting Room Sales Associate. Essential Responsibilities: Focus on the customer experience. Handle cash and credit transactions with customers Issue receipts, refunds change or tickets Redeem Groupons and Gift Certificates Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Bag, box or wrap packages Deliver the highest levels of customer service to ensure satisfaction Qualifications: Proven working experience in retail sales or equivalent. Basic PC and Ipad knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.) Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Attention to detail and mathematical skills Sales skills High School Degree Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed Physical/Environmental Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs Able to stand and walk for up for long period of time Must be 18 years are older Benefits: Store Discount Paid Training: Yes Management: Store Manager Working days: Saturday Sunday Typical end time: 6PM Typical start time: 10AM Work Remotely No Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week Benefits: Employee discount Shift: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
