We pride ourselves on following our Core Values: · Vulnerable Trust · Common Sense · “Can Do” Attitude · Friendly · Reliable · Resourceful · Team Players Responsibilities of an estimator include: Downloading and organizing project documents Using BlueBeam to locate and qualify products Using Microsoft Excel to prepare project take offs Communicating both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other team members for both project information and final scope proposals Holding yourself and your team accountable to meet scheduled deadlines and accuracy You’ll be best suited for this position if you have: General computer skills in a Windows 10 environment Proficient in BlueBeam Experience with MS Office software, including Excel (required) High attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks / multitask Ability to read and understand project design drawings Ability to learn new computer software A team player mentality Great verbal and written communication skills Preferred 4 Year bachelor degree or equivalent experience estimating in the construction/steel fabrication industry Typing at least 35 words per minute Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Construction estimating: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: Ogden, UT 84401: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
