Contract Position
JD:
PM should be Business PM (Not IS&T)
Must have Contact Center domain knowledge (This is a must have for Business )
It’ll be good if they have done any migration projects from On-premises to Cloud solutions
Must have managed cross functional projects independently
Must have great written & verbal communication
Must have hands on experience with at least one project management tools like Wrike, MPP or Teams etc.
