Admix Production Operator (MN)

Production Operator IV Admixtures Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Production Operator IV Admixtures to join our operations team at a local admixture manufacturing facility. This is a senior-level, hands-on production role where the primary focus is actively manufacturing product, while also supporting equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical preventative maintenance. This position is well-suited for an experienced mechanical production operator who is comfortable performing advanced production duties in a complex manufacturing environment.Primary Production ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced hands-on production activities including pre-weighing, batch making, blending, and material transfersFollow production schedules and work instructions to ensure accurate batching and consistent product qualityOperate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain proper mixing, flow, and batch integrityPrepare, label, and deliver quality control samples in accordance with SOPsAccurately complete production, batch, and quality recordsPalletize, stage, and prepare finished goods for shippingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety and quality standardsEquipment Monitoring & Maintenance SupportInspect equipment before, during, and after operation to identify potential issuesPerform basic mechanical preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, adjustments, minor part replacements)Assist with troubleshooting production equipment issues and support maintenance personnel as neededReport equipment, quality, or safety concerns promptly to supervisionSupport continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts within the plantAdhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work proceduresPerform other related duties as assignedPosition Specific Details:Base hourly payrate up to $20 - $25 p/hr, based on experience.Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.What's in it for you:Highly competitive base pay & premium shift differentials.Biannual "Rewards for Results" bonuses, awarded on discretion based on plant performance.Our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.Qualifications:Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.Minimum of 3 or more years manufacturing/process experience.Experience with light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting equipment, strongly preferred.Forklift certification is a plus.High school diploma or GED required.Strong communication skills.Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Able to stand for extended periods of time.Flexibility for overtime and shift hours required.Equal Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)MAPEIHP1
