Job Description Buckhead Recruiting Company (BRC) is a Houston-based boutique executive search firm specializing in Sales/GTM talent for startups. You'll own your requisitions end-to-end sourcing, screening, submitting, and supporting candidates through to placement. The expectation is simple: run your desk well, build real candidate relationships, and deliver.WHAT YOU'LL DOSource, identify, and engage passive candidates across Sales, GTM, and related functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Boolean search, and other toolsManage full-cycle recruiting for active requisitions: intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview coordination → offerBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across target verticals (SaaS, adtech, startup/growth-stage companies)Write compelling outreach — InMails, emails, and LinkedIn messages that actually get repliesConduct candidate screens and produce quality written summaries for client-ready submissionsMaintain clean records in our ATS and keep pipeline data accuratePartner on client intake calls and contribute to search strategyHit quarterly billing targets and grow into more ownership as BRC scalesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in agency or search firm environmentsHands-on experience recruiting for Sales, GTM, or Revenue roles — you know what a great AE, SDR, or Sales Director profile looks likeStrong sourcing fundamentals — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or comparable toolsExcellent written communication — you can write an InMail that doesn't sound like every other InMailOrganized and self-directed — you can manage multiple reqs without constant oversightStartup sensibility — comfortable building process where there isn't one yet, and energized by growth-stage environmentsHouston-based and available to work from our Galleria-area Spaces office (hybrid schedule)NICE TO HAVEExperience recruiting for SaaS, adtech, or early-stage startupsFamiliarity with similar ATSPrior experience at a boutique search firmTrack record of carrying and closing your own req load independentlyCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase salary(uncapped commissions — strong billers earn significantly more)Blended commission tiers that scale with your performanceMedical, Dental & VisionFlexible hybrid scheduleReal ownership over your desk and your growthWHY BRCWe're not a 200-person staffing firm with a quota board on the wall.
