Job DescriptionRole: Java Developer W2 RequirementLocation: Wilmington, DE - Locals onlyUSC/GC OnlyIn person interview MandatoryThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java J2EE, PySpark/Spark, AWS services, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to design, build, and operate resilient ETL and streaming data pipelines in cloud environments.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test,deploy, maintain, and improve Java J2EE and data pipeline solutions.Build and support ETLand streaming pipelines using PySpark/Spark.Leverage AWS servicesincluding SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS for application and data workflows.Apply Agile practicesand participate in ceremonies to deliver incremental value.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Java J2EEapplication development and common design techniques.Extensive hands-onexperience with PySpark/Spark and ETL/streaming pipelines.Experience with AWSservices such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.Advanced proficiency inone or more languages such as Python or Java.Understanding of CI/CD,TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.Working knowledge acrosssoftware engineering disciplines including analysis, development, testing,deployment, and maintenance.5+ years of appliedsoftware engineering experience with relevant training or certification.Preferred Skills:Experience with Shellscripting on Unix systems.Proficiency withTerraform for infrastructure as code.Familiarity with modernLLM techniques and practical LLM use case development on OpenAI Azure.
