Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Gran Blanco is looking for a highly capable, driven, and adaptable Executive Assistant to work directly alongside ownership and support day-to-day operations across events, hospitality, marketing, and business initiatives.This is not a traditional assistant role. We’re looking for someone who can think independently, communicate clearly, solve problems confidently, and step into whatever is needed without waiting to be told every detail. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, organized, and thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments.You should be someone who enjoys learning on your own, figuring things out, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
