SAP Basis Consultant

Key Responsibilities:SAP System Administration: Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).User Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations in SAP systems.System Upgrades: Assist in planning and executing SAP system upgrades, enhancement packs, and support packages.Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, analyze issues, and implement tuning measures to optimize SAP system performance.Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard SAP data.System Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP instances, including application servers, database servers, and web servers.Transport Management: Manage the SAP transport management system (TMS) to ensure smooth transport of configuration changes.Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP system configurations, processes, and procedures.Support: Provide support for SAP Basis related incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution.Technical Requirement:Proficiency in SAP Basis administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and other relevant SAP technologies.Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Understanding of SAP transport management, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
