Provide production support for business-critical applications, including proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid resolution of critical incidents. Develop and troubleshoot custom applications and interfaces using programming languages within the .NET technology stack. Serve as the primary liaison to business and functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Work at the highest technical level across all phases of application systems analysis and support. Coordinate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions for support activities and enhancement requests, ensuring full understanding, documentation, communication, and execution of customer business needs. Oversee change management and release processes. Provide mentoring and training to team members as needed.
