You'll work at one location per day, never both in the same day. Impact is opening new locations across the Valley, which means new opportunities and a team that doesn't stand still.What you'll doBuild genuine relationships with patients you'll see regularly so they feel known and welcomed every visitGreet patients warmly at check-in and create a calm, welcoming front-of-house experienceAnswer phones, return calls, schedule appointments, and keep our PTs fully bookedConfidently explain our cash-pay model and pricing to new patients, turning inquiries into booked evaluationsHelp current patients understand the value of continued careProcess payments and keep accurate records in our EMR and Google SuiteJuggle phones, in-person patients, and back-office tasks without dropping the ballOpen or close the clinic depending on the day's scheduleKeep the front and lobby clean, organized, and invitingPitch in across both clinics during busy shifts or coverage needsOccasionally lift up to 20 lbsWhat we're looking forA genuine people person who is warm, friendly, and easy to talk to.
