This role supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Slate to ensure efficient processing, communication, and data integrity across the admissions funnel. The specialist partners with admissions, marketing, and campus stakeholders to execute communication campaigns, manage data imports/exports, support application workflows, and troubleshoot system issues. This position plays a key role in enhancing the prospective student experience through effective use of technology, ensuring timely communication, accurate data management, and continuous process improvement aligned with enrollment goals.Responsibilities CRM System Administration & Support - Maintain and support daily operations within Slate, including user access, permissions, and system configuration Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to admissions staff Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation processes. Data Management & Processing - Manage data imports, exports, and integration processes support application processing workflows and document management. Maintain data standards and ensure accuracy across records Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for admissions leadership. Communications & Campaign Support - Build and deploy email, text, and drip communication campaigns within Slate Segment audiences based on recruitment strategies and enrollment goals Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams on messaging execution. Training, Documentation & Continuous Improvement - Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials Train admissions staff on Slate functionality and best practices Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements Support onboarding of new campus partners into Slate.Required QualificationsEducational RequirementsHigh School/ GEDRequired Experience1 - 3 years of experience working with CRM systems, databases, or enterprise software Experience with data management, reporting, or system support.Preferred QualificationsPreferred Educational QualificationsBachelors DegreePreferred ExperienceDirect experience with Slate CRM in a higher education setting. Experience in higher education or enrollment management Experience building queries, reports, and communication workflows.Proposed Salary$15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Paid on a bi-weekly basis.AbilitiesKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong technical aptitude with ability to learn and manage complex systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
