The Laborer will assist with day-to-day landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, raking, planting, mulching, and general yard cleanup. Responsibilities include loading and unloading tools and materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and supporting crew leads with landscape installation and maintenance projects. The role may involve operating basic landscaping equipment under supervision, following work orders and instructions, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The Laborer is expected to arrive on time, follow safety guidelines, and work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently.Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.Comfort working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and on different types of terrain.Willingness to learn basic landscaping practices such as mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching.Reliable transportation to and from the Milford, MI job site and consistent, dependable attendance.Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required.Basic familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is a plus; training may be provided.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
