Law Firm Office Manager
Established and growing boutique law firm in Irvine seeks full-time office manager, with at least five years experience, to ensure organized and efficient business operations.
Qualification & Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the office;
Develop and implement office policies and procedures;
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, maintenance services and external service providers;
Monitor and manage office supply inventory;
Oversee the use and maintenance of office equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication systems;
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications;
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events for firm partners;
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems;
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information;
Manage document retention and disposal in compliance with company policies;
Support special projects and initiatives as needed;
Organize events and upkeep good firm culture; and
Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as required.
