Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a dynamic medical device contract manufacturing site. This role is responsible for overseeing purchasing, planning, inventory management, customer service, and supplier performance while leading a small team and partnering cross-functionally to support operational and business objectives.The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing supply chain experience, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment focused on quality, delivery, and patient outcomes.What We’re Looking ForA leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to day-to-day operationsSomeone comfortable working in a growing, evolving manufacturing environmentA proactive communicator who builds strong partnerships internally and externallyA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and accountabilityA customer-focused leader who understands the importance of quality, responsiveness, and execution in supporting critical medical device programs Key Responsibilities Lead all site supply chain activities, including procurement, planning/scheduling, inventory control, customer service, and materials managementManage and develop a team of direct reports while providing leadership across broader cross-functional supply chain activitiesDrive supplier performance related to delivery, quality, responsiveness, and costPartner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain priorities with customer and business needsLead inventory optimization efforts, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, excess and obsolete reduction, and working capital managementSupport Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning activitiesDevelop and improve supply chain processes, metrics, and reporting to drive operational performance and scalabilityIdentify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supplySupport new product introductions, customer launches, and ongoing operational growth initiativesFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a manufacturing environmentPrior leadership experience managing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials teamsExperience supporting complex manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of production planning and inventory managementExperience in medical device, contract manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferredStrong ERP/MRP systems experience and data-driven decision-making capabilityDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across functions and organizational levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAPICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus Why Join Us This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a site level while partnering closely with leadership to help shape operational success.
