Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Wastewater Project Manager to join our company.Salary range is $95,000 - $160,000/yr.NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.ResponsibilitiesApply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practicesPerform portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary wastewater pump stations, treatment plant, and water treatment projectsTechnical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating small to mid-size horizontal and vertical water and wastewater projectsIdentify opportunities to enhance organization’s technical and quality control standards and delivery of servicesCoordinates, manages and mentors staff engineers and techniciansAssists with business developmentEssential FunctionsEffective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate initiative and effective problem-solving skillsPersonal organization and time management skillsProduce assignments on time and on budgetBuild strong relationships with coworkersCollaborate with others to capitalize on Company’s collective capabilitiesEffective client relationship skillsExceptional proposal generation skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience10 plus yearsCertificationsProfessional Engineer License required EducationB.S.
