FMI seeks an experienced Client Support Administrator to provide on-site Information Technology Equipment and System Administration Support to the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. This position will serve as the primary lead for IT Asset Management (ITAM), secure enclave sustainment, and classified equipment accountability. This role requires a disciplined, inspection-ready professional experienced in NIPR/SIPR environments, secure device handling, and lifecycle asset management within Department of Defense (DoD) installations.

LOCATION: Nellis AFB – Clark County, Nevada
SUMMARY /GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Security Clearance (or eligible for immediate reinstatement)
CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140 IAT Level II compliant)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT system administration experience
Experience in DoD or Federal IT environments
Experience operating within NIPR and SIPR networks
Familiarity with TACLANE devices and classified enclave sustainment
Experience performing IT asset accountability and inventory management
Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or comparable ticketing systems
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
Core Responsibilities
Serve as functional system administrator for NIPR and SIPR systems
Maintain TACLANE device accountability, configuration, and sustainment
Perform ITAM responsibilities including receipt, labeling, assignment tracking, and decommissioning
Conduct annual and out-of-cycle inventory reconciliation
Coordinate hard drive degaussing/shredding per DAF standards
Manage patch compliance and security update verification
Support quarterly MICT inputs and compliance documentation
Provide technical refresh recommendations to leadership
Support VTC/SVTC equipment configuration and troubleshooting
Coordinate escalations with 99th Communications Squadron

Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
3+ years’ experience in a senior system administrator role

Prior USAF installation support experience
Experience serving as IT Asset Manager (ITAM)
Experience supporting BECO, WIT/IG, or inspection events
Familiarity with Management Internal Control Toolkit (MICT)
Experience with VTC/SVTC configuration and sustainment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
