We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and people-centric Director of Wholesale and Retail to join our team and support our expansion.About the RoleBorboleta Beauty is at a pivotal moment of expansion, and we’re looking for a high-impact National Account Manager to join our team in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City. This role is designed for a strategic leader who thrives on building relationships with major national buyers and understands what is needed to scale Borboleta Beauty. You will be the architect of our growth within CosmoProf and potentially other National Accounts, ensuring Borboleta remains the gold standard in professional aesthetics. Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional Channel Strategy (CosmoProf & Other National Accounts):Act as the primary liaison for our professional wholesale accounts, managing the full lifecycle of the buyer relationship.Partner with Category Buyers to plan promotions, secure shelf space, and launch new innovations within the professional network.Work closely with our education team to ensure our "Pro" partners are equipped to represent the brand's high standards.Growth & Analysis:Track and report on KPIs across all three channels, using data to forecast trends and identify "white space" for expansion.Coordinate with our SLC-based logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfillment for large-scale purchase orders.RequirementsExperience: 3–5+ years in Account Management or Channel Management, specifically working with National Buyers or Big-Box Retail/Wholesale.Industry Knowledge: Experience in Professional Cosmetics, Aesthetics, or the Beauty Industry is highly preferred.Presence: Must be located in or willing to commute to our Downtown Salt Lake City office.
