Director of Operations – Truckload (Cross-Border)Our firm has been retained by a growing asset-based transportation provider to identify a Director of Operations to lead and expand its cross-border truckload division serving the NAFTA corridor. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with an established transportation company focused on continued growth throughout the U.S. and Mexico markets. The organization is seeking an experienced operations leader with a strong background in asset-based truckload operations, cross-border transportation, and team leadership.Position Overview:The Director of Operations – Truckload (Cross-Border) will be responsible for the operational leadership, growth, and performance of the company’s cross-border truckload division. This individual will oversee daily operations while driving strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, and scalable growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing asset-based cross-border trucking operations and possess strong working knowledge of the U.S./Mexico transportation market.Preferred location : Laredo, Texas.
