Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Insiders at our fast-paced quick service restaurant. As an Insider, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently in a team setting while managing multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions and handling cash register duties. Prepare food items according to established recipes and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant environment. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to operate a cash register and POS system effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and helping others. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
