We are united by a common mission: to deliver services and technology that fundamentally change how skilled workers and the businesses they serve get hard work done.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced W2 Lease Operator to support daily oil and gas production operations across assigned well sites and production facilities. This role is responsible for monitoring production equipment, optimizing well performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring safe and compliant operations.This position includes a company-provided RigUp truck, tools, and fuel card to support field operations and daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-focused, and experienced working independently in oilfield production environments.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate oil and gas wells, production equipment, and associated facilities.Conduct routine inspections of wellheads, separators, tanks, compressors, pumps, and production systems.Gauge tanks, record production data, and maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation.Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate repairs or corrective actions as needed.Monitor fluid levels, pressures, temperatures, chemical injection rates, and equipment performance.Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.Coordinate oil sales, water hauling, chemical deliveries, and service company activities as required.Identify and report leaks, spills, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures.Communicate regularly with production foremen, engineering, maintenance teams, and contractors.Support optimization efforts to maximize production efficiency and equipment reliability.Maintain company-provided truck, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition.Participate in safety meetings, training, and operational improvement initiatives.SkillsOil and gas production operationsLease operating experienceProduction troubleshootingTank gauging and reportingArtificial lift systems knowledgeSurface equipment operationsPreventative maintenanceSafety and environmental complianceCommunication and teamworkIndependent field operationsBasic computer and reporting skillsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous lease operator or production operations experience required.Experience with oil and gas production equipment including separators, tanks, pumping units, compressors, and artificial lift systems preferred.Ability to troubleshoot production and surface equipment issues independently.Basic mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience preferred.Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices and environmental compliance.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Basic computer proficiency including production reporting systems and Microsoft Office preferred.Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel between field locations daily.Must be able to lift equipment/materials and perform physical field duties as required.Compensation & EquipmentW2 employmenttruck providedFuel card providedPosition DetailsLocation: Taylor, ARPay Range: $30-$35/per hrPer Diem: $100/ per daySchedule: 8/6 schedule, Thursday - Thursday
