Role: Business AnalystLocation: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United StatesDuration: 12 monthWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare business processes, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and healthcare applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, claims processing, and healthcare compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from healthcare stakeholders.Work closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers.Analyze healthcare workflows, processes, and system requirements.Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow documentation.Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off activities.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of healthcare solutions.Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Support production issues, enhancements, and release activities.Required SkillsStrong experience working as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.Experience with:Healthcare applicationsClaims processingClinical workflowsProvider and payer systemsKnowledge of:CPT CodingICD-10 CodingClinical CodingHIPAA compliance
