INDUSTRIAL SALES SPECIALISTIndustrial Rubber BandsAbout the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, support ongoing business relationships, and help deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales team while playing an active role in supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage order follow-up to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business development efforts.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.Manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates within ERP/CRM systems.Provide a high level of customer service that supports retention, repeat business, and long-term account growth.Support sales efforts within industrial, manufacturing, and distribution markets.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, customer service, or industrial sales environments.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and confidently.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-through on commitments.Self-driven, proactive, and motivated with a strong customer-first mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or product-based business environments.Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems for managing sales activity and customer data.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Product and industry-specific training.Long-term career growth opportunities within a stable and well-established organization.
