This is a full-time, on-site role based in Norcross, GA, ideal for a safety professional with practical field experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.The Field Safety Specialist will actively support day-to-day safety activities, conduct field inspections, review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), assist with incident investigations, and help ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This role works closely with field crews, supervisors, and safety leadership to identify hazards, reinforce safe work practices, and continuously improve safety awareness and performance.Key Responsibilities• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits across field operations• Review and support the development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)• Assist with accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and follow-up actions• Support implementation of safety policies, programs, and procedures• Provide safety guidance and coaching to field employees and supervisors• Help deliver safety training and safety briefings as needed• Track safety observations, corrective actions, and compliance activitiesQualificationsRequired:2–3 years of experience in Health & Safety, or Occupational SafetyWorking knowledge of OSHA and other applicable workplace safety regulationsExperience performing field inspections, hazard identification, and basic incident investigationsStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field teamsPreferred:OSHA 30 certification or similar safety credentialExperience in construction or telecommunications, technologyFamiliarity with JHA development and site-specific safety plansWhy Join NetPlanner Systems?Opportunity to grow within an established and respected organizationHands-on role with real impact on employee safety and field operationsSupportive leadership and collaborative work environmentLong-term focus on employee development and retention
