This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Finance, Pricing, Billing, Collections, Practice Operations) and Enterprise Applications.The role is responsible for defining the end-to-end process vision, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring delivery of scalable, integrated solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and revenue realization.What You Will DoBusiness Partnership & Process OwnershipServe as the primary interface across M2C stakeholders (Matter Intake, Pricing, Billing, Collections, Finance, Practice Operations).Own and evolve the end-to-end Matter-to-Cash process vision and roadmap.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across the lifecycle.Requirements & Solution DesignTranslate cross-functional business needs into end-to-end process flows, functional specs, and technical requirements.Ensure solutions are designed with upstream/downstream impacts in mind (e.g., matter setup → billing → collections).Partner with architects and engineers to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.Delivery & ExecutionAct as product owner or delivery lead for M2C initiatives, prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders.Ensure alignment across teams and manage trade-offs between process standardization and business flexibility.Oversee UAT and ensure solutions meet defined business outcomes.Application & Data EcosystemMaintain a holistic view of systems supporting M2C (e.g., matter management, pricing tools, billing platforms, reporting).Drive data consistency and integrity across systems and handoffs.Support integration strategies and data flows across the application landscape.Change Management & AdoptionDrive adoption of new processes and tools across attorney and business user groups.Develop documentation, training, and communication plans to support change.Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Finance, or related field.6–10+ years of experience in technology solutions, product management, or business systems roles.End-to-end process thinking (not siloed systems view)Strong translation between business needs and technical deliveryStakeholder alignment and influence across functionsStructured problem-solving and execution disciplineClear communication with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working across end-to-end business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, matter-to-cash, or similar).Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional requirements into scalable solutions.Strong stakeholder management across both business and technical teams.Experience in legal or professional services environments.Familiarity with systems such as Aderant Expert, billing platforms, or Intapp matter management systems.Experience with process optimization, workflow automation, and system integrations.Exposure to data/reporting platforms and AI/automation initiatives.Agile / Scrum experience (Product Owner or equivalent).Benefits And MoreAt Goodwin, you will discover your next career opportunity with a rewarding compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceRetirement & Savings PlanEmergency back-up child and adult carePaid vacation, sick time off, and holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition and reward programsEmployee wellness and assistance programsEmployee discounts and perksThis position is eligible for overtime: NoThe target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $119,300 - $178,900 | Los Angeles $128,200 - $192,300 | New York $128,200 - $192,300 | Orange County $128,200 - $192,300 | Philadelphia $116,900 - $175,300 | San Francisco $137,200 - $205,800 | Santa Monica $128,200 - $192,300 | Silicon Valley $137,200 - $205,800
