Active Directory Consultant
ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Active Directory services, including domain controllers, group policies, and security settings.Lead technical discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align AD services with business goals.Ensure the stability and scalability of the Active Directory environment through regular monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory services with other systems and applications.Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory configurations, processes, and procedures.Participate in tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain consolidation projects as needed.Implement and enforce email compliance and retention policies to meet global regulatory frameworks.RequirementsRequired Skills:Strong analytical and documentation abilities.Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.Capable of leading technical discovery workshops with multiple stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex dependencies.Experience with Active Directory services and Microsoft technologies.Knowledge of Domain Controllers and their configurations.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/AD Engineer certification.Prior experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations or domain consolidation projects.Experience with email compliance and retention policies under global regulatory frameworks (e.g., KSOX, GDPR).
