Hardware Engineering Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Lead the hardware development team: board and module design, bring-up, and sustaining engineering for the DPU line. *What you'll do:* * Lead board/system design and design reviews * Own bring-up and debug of new revisions * Manage sustaining engineering and ECOs * Coordinate with firmware, validation, and manufacturing * Grow and mentor the engineering team *What you'll bring:* * 8+ years hardware engineering, 3+ leading teams * High-speed digital design experience * NPI experience through production * BSEE/MSEE Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
