Bilingual Concrete Precast Supervisor

Job Title: Concrete Precast Supervisor Company Overview: At Hidden Hill Precast Solutions (HHPS), we pride ourselves on elevating industry standards through expertise, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. As a leading force in the precast concrete industry, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Concrete Precast Supervisor. This role is instrumental in overseeing our production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in every project we undertake. Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee the precast concrete production line, from mold setup to the curing process, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Implement and maintain quality control checks to ensure products meet or exceed specifications. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects. Foster a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety drills. Manage inventory of materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as needed to maintain production schedules. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualities (KSAOs): Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, especially related to precast concrete (preferred, but not required). Familiarity with quality control practices and safety regulations in a construction or manufacturing setting. Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Effective communication and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving workplace issues. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines. Abilities: Bilingual in English and Spanish, to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and client base. Adaptability to change, with a willingness to implement new processes and technologies to improve operations. Other Qualities: Supervisory experience in a construction or related field, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage teams successfully. A commitment to learning and development, both for self-improvement and for the mentoring of team members. A proactive approach to safety, ensuring all team members adhere to safety standards and protocols. Requirements: Proven supervisory experience in construction or a related field. Precast concrete experience is advantageous but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for this role. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as project deadlines approach. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields are preferred. Why Join HHPS?
