Our team is distributed across hubs in Austin, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and we are deeply focused on building intuitive, high-impact solutions that make a real difference for our users.Business Operations Lead at HandoffWe're hiring a Business Ops Lead to serve as the executive arm of our COO and help translate leadership strategy into company-wide execution. In this role you'll own Handoff's operating system — from cycle planning and KPI dashboards to financial modeling, board materials, and high-priority special projects.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, isn't fazed by ambiguity, and wants to operate at all levels of a fast-scaling startup.What You'll DoFacilitate Handoff's departmental planning process — driving submissions, tracking progress, and holding teams accountableMaintain and continuously improve company-wide dashboards, KPIs, and operational toolingSupport the COO on board decks, investor updates, and executive materialsBuild and maintain financial models; help prepare analysis for key business decisionsTrack departmental budgets and flag spend variances to the COOManage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewalsCodify work norms and operating standards as the company scalesAssist with prep and logistics for company all-hands meetings and recurring leadership syncsAssist with planning & execution of internal events and company off-sitesAbout YouBackground in investment banking, venture capital, consulting, or an early-stage startupComfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level simultaneously — you can build a board deck in the morning and chase down a contract renewal in the afternoonFinancial modeling skills — you build from scratch, not just edit templatesStrong written communicator — your memos and decks are clear, tight, and ready to sendExperience in high-growth startup environments preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary + EquityUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA)Top-Notch EquipmentTeam OffsitesIf you're a sharp, hungry operator who wants to work directly with a COO building a company from the ground up — this is the seat.
