IDD Residential Manager (Home Coach)
Full-Time, Salary $53,000-$55,000GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Residential Manager to lead and supervise a family-style residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.As a Residential Manager, you will assist with coaching new staff, serving as a role model, and spearheading administrative functions for an assigned residential program. You will ensure a high quality of life for the individuals we serve by assuring a well-trained and motivated team and establishing positive relationships with persons served and staff.
