Nursing Instructor and Licensing Readiness Advisor

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Part-Time Licensing Readiness Advisor to prepare students for the NCLEX-PN exam. This individual must be a Masters prepared Nurse and will need strong student coaching, and mentoring skills. The selected candidate will have strong experience with ATI products and the ability to mentor current students and graduates as they prepare for the licensing exam. Schedule can be flexible.RequirementsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong computer skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAn ongoing student focusThe highest levels of integrity at all timesResponsibilitiesProvide students with academic support, tutoring, and skills enhancement.Assist students in completing the State Licensure application and PearsonVue, and in preparing for the exam.Develop an individual student education plan to address areas needing improvement.Develop learning aids and assessment tools on a subject matter needing improvement.
