Warehouse Worker
Warehouse Worker Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Available Shifts: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Position Overview This role works closely with the Operations Pharmacist, Operations Supervisor, and Pharmacy Technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring accurate and timely shipping of medications and supplies. Key Responsibilities Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels for order picking Assist with packing and shipping of medications Track shipments to ensure successful delivery to patients Report undelivered or delayed packages Maintain daily shipping reports for management review Receive non-pharmaceutical items via back dock Perform inventory control including cycle counts and stock replenishment Maintain clean, organized warehouse and pharmacy picking areas Assist with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and reconciliation Manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods per SOP guidelines Use computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (verifiable) Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience required Data entry experience preferred Pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus Experience with packing and shipping using national carriers preferred Ability to operate a pallet jack is a plus Basic computer skills including typing (20 WPM) and 10-key entry Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and understand English Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Additional Information Specialty Back-End role (non-peak season) Training schedule follows assigned shift If you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing . 586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com . Maintain all stock inventory for warehouse Rotate stock and maintain warehouse inventory Receiving inventory into the warehouse Maintaining warehouse organization and inventory Conduct regular physical inventory of warehouse inventory Assisting manager in warehouse, picking orders, stocking bins, inventory and various warehouse duties Utilize the warehouse material handling equipment Receive freight from delivery trucks and correctly stock the warehouse Pulling merchandise from warehouse stock bins and shelves Organize material and inventory within the warehouse Pulling and loading trucks with customer orders Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Picking orders, load and unload trucks Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas Maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse Using a warehouse management system Stock roofing materials in warehouse, pull inventory for customer pick-ups, use a forklift to unload inventory from incoming delivery trucks and load trucks Work with other associates loading and unloading trucks and will work in the warehouse Perform cleaning and general warehouse duties Assist management in warehouse inventory count, picking and pulling orders, daily maintenance of the warehouse and other duties
