Risk Management CoordinatorTo improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.Coordinates initiation, leading, and follow up significant event reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes and lead and/or provide guidance and education as needed.Oversees and tracks the implementation of corrective action plans resulting from the RCA's process. Assists and/or coordinates debriefing processes as needed.Current Missouri Registered Nurse, LPN, Respiratory Care Practitioner, or Physical Therapy License.
