Our services help companies brand their fleets with vibrant, custom color graphics, providing solutions for industry giants like FedEx, Frito-Lay, US Postal Service, and more. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team in the Chicago area to help expand our footprint in the fleet and trucking industry.Job Summary:The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth for Lowen Corporation by prospecting, building relationships, and selling fleet branding solutions (large-format screen and digital color graphics) to fleet operators and trucking companies across the Chicago area. This is a field-based, outside sales role with schedule flexibility and a strong focus on independent territory management and results.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Prospect and generate leads within the fleet/trucking market in the Chicago areaConduct in-person sales calls, meetings, and presentations with key decision-makersCommunicate the value of Lowen’s fleet graphics solutions (including installation support)Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business across large and small fleetsIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow regional market shareCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfactionManage territory activities and schedule to meet assigned sales goals/targetsTravel to customer locations throughout the assigned region as requiredCompetenciesOutside/field sales capability; business development mindsetStrong self-motivation and ability to work independently (remote, self-managed schedule)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsRelationship-building and account management skillsOrganization and time management; ability to manage a territory effectivelyAbility to learn and clearly explain products/services and differentiate valueIndustry/market knowledge (trucking, fleet, logistics) preferredProfessionalism and customer-focused approachWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily field-based and remote (home office) with frequent travel to customer sites across the Chicago area. Routinely uses standard business equipment such as a computer, phone, and related software.Compensation/Expected Hours of Work:Competitive base salary plus commission.Schedule is flexible and managed by the Account Executive; hours may extend beyond standard business hours based on customer needs and travel.
