Seasonal Operations Associate Part Time – Seasonal: End Date of August 28 th , 2026Applicants must be available during standard operating hours:Monday-Friday: 7 AM-4 PMSaturdays: 7 AM-NoonActual work schedules are determined by business needs and may vary week to weekPosition Summary:The Seasonal Operations Associate assists with various maintenance tasks, inventory, and administrative operations tasks. Our part-time seasonal associate joins the team for a specific amount of time, hours vary depending upon workload demand and other business needs. NOTE: This is a temporary position with the primary purpose being to support our branch during busier time than usual, IF another part-time or full-time role becomes available during ones tenure in the Seasonal Associate role, the possibility exists for that person to move into the regular position.Responsibilities/Duties: Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or handheld devices to meet daily shipping targets. Packaging Operations: Working efficiently on the pack line to secure items, verify order contents, and apply shipping labels according to company standards. Inventory Handling: Assisting with the replenishment of stock and organizing incoming shipments to ensure items are easily accessible for picking. Material Movement: Safely stacking boxes, palletizing goods, and transporting materials to various zones within the facility. Facility Upkeep: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by performing routine cleaning duties, such as sweeping, removing debris, and clearing aisles. General Operational Support: Executing miscellaneous warehouse tasks and any other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth workflow and team success.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The ability to take direction Ability to multi-task Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus! Ability to drive a forklift is a plus (we can provide training) Credentials and Experience:No previous experience necessary Forklift certified – WE PROVIDE!
