Client Support Coordinator - International
SummaryPerform daily customer service activities for international accounts. Those activities include customer service functions, system setup and maintenance, issue resolution, and warehouse point of contact.RESPONSIBILITIESReceive customer inquiry calls and emails.JDE set up for new and existing client destination countries. JDE shipping/receiving to support Armada East Point shipping.Process customer orders received electronically or via fax. Includes order entry.Address daily stock out notices presented by Warehouse Operations.Process customer requested credits; obtain approval, process credit orders and adjustments to inventory as necessary.Interact with all departments and warehouse locations to ensure timely and accurate execution of outbound orders. Assist customers, suppliers, warehouse locations, and carriers in resolving issues.Assist Accounts Receivable with resolving customer payment discrepancies.Work collaboratively with government officials during inspections.Assist with Claims Department as needed.Compile and generate account specific performance metrics.Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONS:Education And Experience RequirementMinimum:1-3 years Customer Service experience plus any combination ofStrong relationship management and networking skills.Associates degree or relevant work experiencePreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Business or LogisticsLanguage And Technical Skills RequirementGeneral understanding of business, distribution, and transportation terms and concepts.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel required; Access, ERP applications preferredSolid problem solving skills, with demonstrated experiences of individual and team based problem solving.Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, oral, and demonstrated group presentationPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
