QualificationsEssential:Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum).Proven experience as a Financial Adviser.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Solid knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.Ability to manage client relationships independently.Professional, organised, and client-focused approach. Desirable:Chartered status or actively working towards it.Experience within an independent financial planning firm.
