We are looking for future insighters who can demonstrate teamwork, results orientation, a growth mindset, disciplined execution, and a winning attitude to join our growing team!Job DescriptionThe Data Conversion Specialist is a member of insightsoftware Data Conversion & Integration who demonstrates teamwork, results orientation, a growth mindset, disciplined execution, and a winning attitude.Communicate with clients and/or ISW Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integrations.Effectively communicate with ISW Project Managers and customers to keep project on target.Continually drive improvements in the data migration process.Collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or ISW Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process.Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Qualifications1-3 years of experience working in a professional services organization or other related field.Experience performing reconciliations of large/complex spreadsheets with multiple sources in Excel or Microsoft Access.BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, finance, Computer Science, or equivalent data transformation experience.Excellent English, written, oral and presentation skillsSolutions focused approach to creative problem solvingExperience with the basics of Equity administration topics a plusAchievements/Goals*Within the first 6 months, they should be able to convert and integrate client data accurately within established deadlines with minimal assistance or direction.Confident in their role, after 6 months, to assist with the training and development of new hires and suggest processing improvements.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.We are an equal opportunity employer.
