SAP Solution Sales Manager- IT Services & Consulting Background
Multiple Positions in CA/ AZ/ Chicago, ILQualifications:• Sales Experience: At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software or IT services sales, with a minimum of 5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA solutioning and implementation services. Proven experience in shaping and solutioning a mix of SAP deals (S/4HANA, cloud migration, AMS, testing, and LOB solutions such as Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and BTP). Experience working with or collaborating alongside Big 4 firms as ecosystem partners is a strong plus.• C-Level Engagement: Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives, particularly CIOs and CFOs, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the professional services sales lifecycle, including hunting experience with quota ownership and managing large enterprise accounts.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong storytelling and storyboarding capabilities, along with solid business acumen to articulate how client’s services drive value and ROI.Preferred Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification or similar credentials will be considered a strong asset.• Success Record: Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
