Substance Use Outpatient Therapist

Job Description Salary: $80.00/hourFirefly Outpatient LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care through individual, group, and family therapy, while supporting clients through all phases of treatment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, strong care coordination, and a positive therapeutic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clientsFacilitate active involvement of families and external providers (with proper consent)Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR (same-day entries required)Coordinate comprehensive care, including medical, psychiatric, vocational, and social servicesMonitor client attendance and engagement in programmingAddress behavioral concerns and document interventions promptlyApprove and manage client and visitor pass requestsRespond to client, family, and referral partner concerns in a timely and professional mannerDevelop and document discharge plans, including community resource referralsParticipate in crisis intervention and emergency response as neededMaintain regular communication with leadership regarding client updates and concernsProvide leadership, collaboration, and support to the clinical teamUphold a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and therapeutic rapportQualificationsMasters degree in Psychology or a related fieldActive therapy license to practice in Oklahoma (required) (i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)CPR/First Aid certificationTB screening and health clearanceAbility to respond effectively in emergency situationsStrong documentation and organizational skillsKey CompetenciesIndividual and group therapy facilitationTrauma-informed care and clinical assessmentCare coordination across multidisciplinary teamsCrisis management and behavioral interventionStrong communication with clients, families, and leadershipTimely and accurate clinical documentationEthical practice and confidentiality complianceLeadership and team collaborationTime management and organizational excellenceWhat We OfferSupportive and collaborative clinical environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients livesProfessional growth and leadership opportunities
