As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care for patients with complex cardiac conditions, including heart failure and those recovering from cardiac surgery.Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Manage and titrate medications and drips such as Heparin, Insulin, Nitro, and more. Work with clinical associates to ensure optimal patient support and safety. Monitor vital signs and perform interventions based on patient condition and progress. Document all care and interventions in EPIC, adhering to unit protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license. BLS and ACLS certification required.
