About the Organization Trinity Health PACE provides comprehensive, community-based care for seniors through the nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model. Mercy LIFE Massachusetts is dedicated to serving adults 55+ who qualify for nursing home-level care but prefer to remain safely in their homes and communities.PACE focuses on delivering the entire continuum of care medical, social, emotional, and supportive services all coordinated by an interdisciplinary team. Schedule• Monday Friday• Full-Time• Participation in on-call rotation as required ️ Position OverviewReporting to the Executive Director, the Medical Director provides overall medical leadership and oversight of participant care, clinical outcomes, and quality initiatives.This role includes supervision of Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, and development of medical policies and protocols.
